I currently have two Alpha Futures Premium payouts that were requested on July 2 and 6, 2026, and approved on July 3 and 9, respectively. As of October 18, I have still not received either payment.
On September 15, Alpha Futures sent an email to affected Premium traders stating that the next payout batch would be sent in 1 to 2 weeks and that processing would accelerate throughout October until all outstanding Premium performance fees were cleared.
Then on, September 30, I contacted Alpha Futures support to clarify this commitment, since no premium payout batch was sent out in those 2 weeks. A representative named Freddy explicitly confirmed that all pending Premium payouts were scheduled to be sent before the end of October. When I asked whether this was the company's official managerial plan, he confirmed that it was.
However, on October 15, I contacted another Alpha Futures representative, Aurelius, and provided screenshots of the previous conversation. After reviewing my support ticket, he stated that the support team could not provide or guarantee specific timelines and had no further updates beyond the CEO's announcement.
One representative explicitly confirmed an deadline and company goal about end of October payment schedule, while another would not reaffirm that timeline just two weeks later. There are currently no confirmed cases of any premium payouts batches being sent out, even though the company is paying new and first time traders and still running marketing campaigns.
I understand that companies can experience operational difficulties, but traders deserve consistent communication, transparency, and realistic payment expectations, especially when their payouts have already been approved and waiting for so long.
I will update this review if Alpha Futures fulfills its obligations.

I cannot on good conscience recommend trusting Alpha Futures with additional purchases based on my experience.
We, the older Alpha Traders, are being told to wait time and time again with not one small amount of progress in those payouts being sent out. Their customer service only provides the same scripted messaged asking us to be patient and that the current goal is to payouts in October, but they also said that for the end of September and we got nothing. How are we meant to trust a company that leaves their old traders behind because newer traders feed their revenue more.

Extremely disappointing experience with Alpha Trader. After spending time and money passing evaluations and trading funded accounts, they rejected my payout claiming "tick scalping."
If Alpha Trader doesn't want trades lasting less than two minutes, they should simply prohibit trading during the New York open. Anyone who actually trades futures knows how volatile the market can get during that period. Sometimes you have to close a position within seconds to protect your capital, especially when trading with the strict drawdown limits imposed by prop firms.
Those trades that last less than 2 minutes had 200-300 ticks of profit..
Closing a trade early to manage risk is NOT the same as tick scalping.
If they want a minimum trade duration, they should clearly establish that rule instead of leaving it open to interpretation and using it to deny payouts.
What's the point of allowing traders to trade the New York open if they can later be penalized for reacting to its volatility?
A trustworthy prop firm should have transparent rules and a fair payout process. Traders shouldn't have to worry that their profitable trades will be used against them when it's time to withdraw.
I would strongly recommend staying away from Alpha Trader. There are much better prop firms out there with clearer rules and more reliable payout processes.

I am a former Alpha Futures Premium account holder, and I am still waiting to receive a $2,200 payout dating back to June 2026.
It has now been several months, and I have still not received my money.
Alpha Futures has repeatedly stated that outstanding Premium payouts will be processed, but I have yet to see any meaningful progress regarding my payment.
I understand that the company has experienced operational difficulties, but several months without payment is extremely concerning.
Trust is everything in the prop trading industry. Traders pay evaluation fees and spend considerable time and effort trading under the firm’s rules, expecting approved payouts to be honored.
I am sharing my experience so that other traders can make informed decisions before purchasing an account.
I sincerely hope Alpha Futures will fulfill its outstanding payment obligations and provide a clear, realistic payment timeline.
