I traded profitably with Alpha Futures for months. Here is what happened, and why I would not trust them with your money.
On October 2, 2026, I entered MNQ at 13:27, three minutes before the NFP release at 13:30, outside their news window. My take profit was set at entry and I placed no order during the window. The position closed automatically through an order that already existed. Alpha Futures terminated my Zero Qualified account for a "news violation."
Their own News Trading Policy says you are allowed to hold positions through news. Their own resources page says it is NEW orders that are restricted during the window. Nowhere is it written that a pre-set take profit filled inside the window is a violation. I was penalized for something their rules allow.
This was not the first problem. Before this, they denied one of my payouts. Worse, money kept disappearing from my balance: $200 or $300 at a time, removed in the middle of the weekend, when markets were closed and I wasn't trading. Every time I asked support why, the answer was the same: they had "forgotten" to deduct some fees. No breakdown, no detail, no justification. Just less money in my account.
Their AlphaTrader platform is another issue. I compared AlphaTrader charts with TradingView on the same instrument and the same timeframe. On AlphaTrader, some candles have extended wicks or reach prices that never traded on TradingView. When your stops and targets depend on these prices, that is a serious problem.
In my experience, the pattern is always the same: rules are vague, they get reinterpreted after you make money, money disappears from your balance, and there is always a reason not to pay. I have kept every email, every support chat, and screenshots of every trade, every balance change and every chart comparison.
Before buying an account, read the other recent reviews and look into what happened with their Premium plan in July 2026. I am clearly not the only one with this experience.
If you trade for a living, choose a firm whose rules are written clearly and applied as written. Based on what happened to me, that is not Alpha Futures.

I had 2 payouts due on my accounts, then all of a sudden the accounts I were using were just closed and no payout was given no refund. Horrible company, I would never recommend them to anyone. I should’ve been refunded my account and activation fee at the bare minimum.

EDDIESS0LUTION, cannot disappoint anyone in this manner because they been steady with my income and also my payouts arrives anytime I make a request but I didn't witness such experience here.
