Very Heavy and unfluid platform interface

Disappointed with website and platform interface so much animation. Just signed up and selection between tabs and challenges took more that 15-40 seconds. For this I changed my mind and do not recommend it. Website and dashboard must be fluid not like this BS.

More Than Ten Payouts, Then a Ban Without Explanation

I first heard about this prop firm in May this year while looking for a prop firm that allows trading US stocks. I found Finotive Funding and started asking people I know what they knew about the company. At that point, only one of my acquaintances had experience with this prop firm, and he hinted that working with them was not easy.
I decided to give them a try, and over the entire period (from May 2026 through September 2026, inclusive), I received more than ten payouts. However, in October of this year, after requesting another payout from my account, my accounts were banned by the company without any explanation.
I have to say this did not come as a complete surprise to me, because I communicate with other prop traders in a chat, and several colleagues shared information with me that the company has been actively getting rid of traders whose total payouts are approaching $10,000 or higher. But honestly, I did not expect such blatant treatment from a company that is listed on PropFirmMatch.
Please note that the positive reviews about this prop firm are usually written by people who have only received their first payouts or whose total payouts are still relatively small. That is because, for a while, they tolerate traders who regularly request payouts, but later they may part ways with them without even bothering to provide any justification.
Update 27/10/2026
Regarding the Finotive Funding comment, I’d like to clarify the situation. I did not receive any reply from their risk department, but okay β€” perhaps it didn’t come through for some reason.
As for the suspicion that I was copying trades: when a prop firm starts having trouble with payouts, they often begin accusing traders of copy trading. So this doesn’t surprise me at all.
The claim that I didn’t answer their questions is simply not true. At the very end of the video interview, some company representative joined and, with a very strong accent (Arabic or Indian, I couldn’t tell), started asking me about the logic behind my entries and asked me to open the charts and show him. The charts in MatchTrader, where my account was hosted, weren’t working at the time, although my trade history was visible. So I opened my MatchTrader account, brought up a TradingView chart, and explained the logic behind my most recent trades.
As far as I remember, my last trade was a long on Nasdaq 100, taken almost at a break of the all-time high. I remember it clearly and explained to him that I mostly trade pullbacks in the direction of the trend. One of my tactics is to enter during a momentum move, wait for a small pullback, and jump into the continuation. I showed him on the chart what the momentum move looked like, pointed out the micro pullback, and marked the entry point.
Then I went back to MatchTrader to check the previous trade, which was a short on Nasdaq 100, and switched back to TradingView to explain that this trade was also based on a pullback in the direction of the downtrend. However, in that case, the pullback was too deep, so I waited for the price to confirm its direction. As price was being pushed toward the lows, I entered short.
After that, he interrupted me and started asking the same question over and over: β€œWhat was the purpose of your trades?” I didn’t understand what he meant and asked him to rephrase it. What other purpose could a trader have? To make a profit based on a signal from their trading system. I don’t see any other possible answer. But he kept insisting. Even the interpreter, who was translating the Finotive representative’s questions into Russian for me because my English isn’t fluent, had to ask him to repeat the question several times β€” he didn’t understand what he was asking either.
The company’s accusations are ridiculous. But, as I’ve said before, I was prepared for this outcome. I’m active in a large prop-trading chat, and information that Finotive Funding was actively getting rid of traders who were withdrawing regularly had already spread there before I was invited to the interview. So I knew this wasn’t going to end well. I even wrote in the chat that if they couldn’t find a reason to reject my KYC, they would probably just ban me for no reason. That’s pretty much what happened.
But I don’t regret anything. I’m new to prop trading, but even I understand that there are a lot of questionable firms in this business. I trusted a company that was listed on PropFirmMatch, but it turned out to be unreliable too. Unfortunately, this experience was not a good one. I just hope I have better luck in the future.. I just hope I have better luck in the future.
↳Reply from Finotive Funding October 27, 2026
Hey Volha,
Your claim that your accounts were closed β€œwithout any explanation” is contradicted by the detailed written decision sent to you by our Risk Team, which explained the review findings, the reasons for termination and the outcome of your pending reward request.
As your review confirms, you received more than ten payouts from Finotive Funding. The subsequent closure followed a risk investigation into concerns about possible copying between accounts, which led to you being invited to a recorded risk call.
During that call, you were asked to explain why specific trades had been taken, what conditions supported your entries and how those trades corresponded with your stated strategy. Despite repeated opportunities to clarify these points, our Risk Team could not establish a sufficiently clear and consistent connection between your explanations and the trading activity on your account.
The complete call recording and relevant account activity were then escalated to our Senior Risk and Compliance Team for a final review. Following that review, the team concluded that the trading activity could not be satisfactorily verified, and a detailed termination notice was issued, referencing Section 18.2 of our Terms and Conditions.
That was the basis for the decision in your case. Your suggestion that the closure resulted from your payouts approaching a particular amount does not reflect the documented reason communicated to you. Previous successful payouts do not remove the requirement to complete subsequent risk checks satisfactorily.
The request for additional details through Trustpilot does not change the fact that a substantive written explanation had already been provided. We respect your right to disagree with our decision, but disagreeing with an explanation is different from never having received one, and readers deserve that distinction to be made clear.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Finotive Funding

My experience with Finotive Funding has been extremely disappointing. Honestly, this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a prop firm.
I purchased an Instant Funding account expecting to trade under fair and clearly communicated conditions. However, I have encountered significant restrictions on position sizes due to revised margin requirements, which have substantially affected my ability to trade as intended.
What frustrates me the most is the way this situation has been handled. When I contacted support, I was told that these restrictions were temporary and that the company was working on the issue, but no concrete solution or clear timeline was provided. When I expressed my concerns, the response was simply that the limits were part of the account rules and that my feedback would be shared with the relevant team.
This is not the level of transparency and customer service I expected after paying for an Instant Funding account. If trading conditions can significantly restrict a trader's ability to operate, customers deserve clear information and a proper explanation of how these changes affect their accounts.
I feel let down as a paying customer, and this experience has seriously damaged my trust in Finotive Funding. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company to other traders.
I hope the company takes responsibility for addressing these concerns and provides affected traders with a clear and fair solution.
