I am having serious issues with this prop firm All my submitted documents are completely genuine and match my profile details 100 percent but they are still rejecting them On top of that when I tried talking to their CEO they used extremely rude and unprofessional language I am collecting all the proof to expose them publicly

⚠️ WARNING — MY EXPERIENCE WITH MAVEN TRADING
I purchased a $5,000 Standard 1-Step MT5 challenge from Maven Trading and paid $17.10.
After the payment was successfully debited from my card, I received absolutely nothing:
No confirmation email
No account credentials
No MT5 login
No MT5 password
According to Maven Trading’s support procedure, I had to join their Discord server, open a support ticket and wait for someone to respond just to find out what was happening with an account I had already paid for.
The support representative first told me they were “working on it”. Then I was told that I had not received my email because I had not paid a “verification fee”.
I asked where this verification fee was mentioned on Maven Trading’s website or in the challenge terms. The representative then admitted that the fee was NOT mentioned on the Maven website and said they were “working on that too”.
I was then told that the verification fee was $100 — an additional $100 payment just to receive the login details for a challenge I had already paid for.
This additional fee was never disclosed to me before I made my purchase.

This experience is extremely concerning. Based on what happened to me, I strongly warn other traders to be extremely careful before sending money to Maven Trading.
I personally would NOT send them another cent.

Absolutely terrible experience with Maven, totally unclear rules... Process felt unfair, I don't recommend it to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere!

The firm has no problem but I think it's need to work on it support team coz they waste time to respond

Extremely disappointed with Maven Trading. I successfully passed the evaluation phase, but my payout was rejected purely due to a minor technical mishap during the KYC facial scan, where a family member accidentally appeared on camera because I needed help with the tech. When I appealed and asked for a manual re-verification, support completely ignored a fair solution. It feels like they use strict technicalities as an excuse to avoid paying out profitable traders. Be very careful before investing your time and money here.
