Alpha Futures Halloween — 25% OFF Standard, Advanced & Zero Accounts (48 Hours, Ends Oct 31)

Alpha Futures used to be one of my favorite platforms. I spent my own money purchasing accounts, and while I was paying and trading, everything seemed to work fine. Unfortunately, my experience changed completely when it came time for them to process my payout. My $2,500 payout has been showing as "Pending Premium" since July 7, 2026. Today is September 23, 2026. That is 78 days of waiting, and the payout is still pending. I have contacted support repeatedly. giving them multiple opportunities to address this. Instead of a solution, I keep getting the same generic response: high volume, your request is in the queue, please be patient, it will be processed ASAP. But ASAP is not an answer after 78 days. After more than two and a half months, I still have no payout, no specific processing date, and no clear commitment. I have been patient. I have followed up. At some point, a customer deserves more than being told to keep waiting. What makes this even worse is that I previously trusted Alpha Futures and considered it one of my top platforms. My experience when it came time to get paid has completely changed my opinion. I am sharing this so others can make their own informed decision. As of September 23, 2026, my $2,500 payout requested on July 7 remains in "Pending Premium" status, despite my repeated attempts to resolve it. If Alpha Futures finally resolves this and pays the outstanding amount, I will update this review accordingly. Until then, this is the situation I have personally experienced.
