30% Off All Challenges and 15% Evaluation Reward

BrightFunded offers a 30% upfront entry cost reduction on all evaluation challenges, paired with a 15% evaluation profit reward and a free second evaluation account upon receiving a payout. This promotion strictly affects the initial purchase price and payout entitlements, while leaving all trading parameters and drawdown limits unchanged.

Who this may suit

This pricing structure may suit traders seeking a lower initial purchase price across all account sizes and models. The inclusion of an additional evaluation account upon payout and an evaluation profit reward may appeal to those who factor post-evaluation entitlements into their purchase decision.

Who should be cautious

Traders should be cautious if they assume the post-payout incentives indicate easier evaluation criteria or a higher probability of reaching the funded stage.

What this discount does not change

The promotion affects purchase pricing only and does not modify trading rules, drawdown limits, or risk parameters. All evaluation criteria and account constraints remain fully intact.

These guys are the worst

These guys are the worst. Imagine blowing a $50k funded account at a balance of $49705 saying that their daily loss limit doesn't reset. So here is an easy maths first day close account balance was $48886 then I opened a trade the next day and it's was running at $970 then I added another trade that went to $95 drawdown then boom everything was closed saying that I breached the daily loss limit. Their explanation is that only the max drawdown is static but the daily is not and doesn't reset. I am really disappointed coz even none of their rules says this. Tell me who blows a $50k account at $49700? My recommendation will always be fundednext. I even regret that one star I have given them

Get Funded, Get Paid, Get Banned. The BrightFunded Experience.

I joined BrightFunded in October 2025, purchased 4 challenges worth $1,810 (€1,584), and received $23,044 in payouts. Unfortunately, what followed has been months of repeated account terminations, accusations, and endless emails.
February: The first restrictions
After passing my evaluation, I was placed under a 1% daily risk limit with leverage reduced to 1:5. My trading history showed mostly 1-2% risk per trade and margin usage generally around 10-15%.
After I raised the issue publicly, CEO Jelle personally reviewed my case, acknowledged that the Risk Department had made a mistake, and eventually removed the restrictions. However, I was required to remove my reviews first.
May: Apparently, I'm a malicious trader now.
After generating approximately 20% profit on my funded account and passing another evaluation using the same strategy, BrightFunded suddenly terminated both accounts, accusing me of malicious trading, overexposure, account rolling, and organised group hedging.
I repeatedly asked for trade-specific evidence. They refused.
After weeks of emails, Jelle agreed to investigate again, but only after I removed ALL my public reviews. Following the investigation, they agreed to reinstate my accounts under a 1% daily risk limit.
Only one account was restored, while the other remained unresolved despite repeated follow-ups.
August: Another payout, another termination.
After requesting another payout, I was selected for a Risk interview. I completed it, but days later, BrightFunded informed me that their camera had continued recording after the interview ended and captured a conversation between me and my roommate.
They claimed something said during that conversation indicated misuse of their system and terminated my account AGAIN.
I repeatedly asked them to share the relevant footage or simply tell me what exactly was said. I even offered my roommate's consent.
They refused everything, citing privacy and their internal review process.
September: Back to complete silence.
My latest email has gone unanswered for eight days, and my other account is still unresolved.
To give credit where it's due, BrightFunded has paid my approved payouts, including the latest one. But paying my earned money doesn't justify repeatedly terminating my accounts without giving me a fair chance to understand and respond to the allegations.
I've spent more time defending myself through emails than actually trading.
Traders, please think carefully before spending your money and months of hard work with this firm.

Good firm has no.hidden rules. and payout.quickly

Good firm. challenge is not easy just like other prop firm.
I received second payout in 1 day.
Just follow their rules in FAQ. you will get paid.
They dont have hidden rules like few other firms when you request to pay from funded account.

Severe Platform Failure & Dismissive Support

I experienced a critical platform failure on my funded account (Account: 332113004). My Take Profit for multiple XAU/USD positions was explicitly set at 4350, but the platform's system completely ignored it. Instead, all my trades were closed simultaneously at the exact same second with extreme, unreasonable slippage at 4311.90, leading to an unfair account breach.
When I immediately contacted support with clear screenshot evidence of this execution failure, they completely dismissed my ticket. The agent replied saying "this matter was already addressed," clearly confusing this brand-new technical failure with a completely unrelated older ticket. Ignoring a predefined TP is a massive red flag, but having a support team that blindly closes tickets without even reading the new account number or looking at the evidence is entirely unacceptable.
[UPDATE AFTER CONTACTING MANAGEMENT]:
After support ignored me, I reached out directly to the CEO with my undeniable terminal screenshots showing the unexecuted TPs. Shockingly, he completely dismissed the evidence. He falsely claimed they "did not detect any slippage" and tried to gaslight me by saying I am the "only client" having this issueβ€”a blatant lie, as anyone can see similar complaints on this very Trustpilot page.
Over my time trading with BrightFunded, I have lost around 14 accounts specifically due to their absurd slippage issues. I accepted those in the past, but denying concrete screenshot proof of an unexecuted TP is a new low. They refuse to take responsibility for their own platform's errors and will just blame you when their system fails. Avoid this prop firm at all costs!

Please help me

Hello, I passed a Bright Fund challenge but was not counted. I want Bright Fund to help me. Thank you
↳Reply from BrightFundedSeptember 14, 2026
Dear Trader,
Thank you for reaching out, and we are glad to help clarify this.
After passing a BrightFunded challenge, the account does not become funded automatically the moment the evaluation is complete. The final step is signing the contract available on your dashboard, and in some cases identity verification also needs to be completed before the funded account is issued. If either of these steps has not been completed yet, that is most likely why your passed challenge has not yet been counted toward a funded account.
A public review is not the right place for us to look into your specific account, since we would need your account number and other details to check what step you are on. Please visit our customer support desk on the website, and our team will be able to look into your case directly and guide you through whatever step remains.
Kind regards,
BrightFunded Team
