Severe Platform Failure & Dismissive Support

I experienced a critical platform failure on my funded account (Account: 332113004). My Take Profit for multiple XAU/USD positions was explicitly set at 4350, but the platform's system completely ignored it. Instead, all my trades were closed simultaneously at the exact same second with extreme, unreasonable slippage at 4311.90, leading to an unfair account breach.
​When I immediately contacted support with clear screenshot evidence of this execution failure, they completely dismissed my ticket. The agent replied saying "this matter was already addressed," clearly confusing this brand-new technical failure with a completely unrelated older ticket. Ignoring a predefined TP is a massive red flag, but having a support team that blindly closes tickets without even reading the new account number or looking at the evidence is entirely unacceptable.
​[UPDATE AFTER CONTACTING MANAGEMENT]:
After support ignored me, I reached out directly to the CEO with my undeniable terminal screenshots showing the unexecuted TPs. Shockingly, he completely dismissed the evidence. He falsely claimed they "did not detect any slippage" and tried to gaslight me by saying I am the "only client" having this issue—a blatant lie, as anyone can see similar complaints on this very Trustpilot page.
​Over my time trading with BrightFunded, I have lost around 14 accounts specifically due to their absurd slippage issues. I accepted those in the past, but denying concrete screenshot proof of an unexecuted TP is a new low. They refuse to take responsibility for their own platform's errors and will just blame you when their system fails. Avoid this prop firm at all costs!

After passing a BrightFunded challenge, the account does not become funded automatically the moment the evaluation is complete. The final step is signing the contract available on your dashboard, and in some cases identity verification also needs to be completed before the funded account is issued. If either of these steps has not been completed yet, that is most likely why your passed challenge has not yet been counted toward a funded account.

worst experience ever

worst experience ever, i actully passed the evaluation phase, submitted kyc and also got verified, plus i waited 5 business days and they sayd the 4th is the maximum, and i kept talking to their agents everyday, bro they didnt even send the contract, they keep saying tomorrow and after tomorrow, but nothing changes, all lies, worst support and so much delays. its never worth it to give it time they just steal it for nothing.

Thank you for the detail. Once KYC is submitted and verified, the process of issuing the funded account contract is automated, so a genuine verification pass should move forward without a five day wait.
In cases like this, the delay is most often caused by an incomplete profile, meaning some of the required details from registration were not fully filled in, which prevents the automated step from completing even after KYC verification clears. Rather than a deliberate delay on our side, this is something support can usually resolve quickly once they can see the account.

During my KYC verification after I experienced the first issue regarding document upload (backview). I had to get a new National ID card. They said the document is no longer valid or not acceptable. Now they're saying that my I've reached my limit for document upload. If it's possible to use another site for the verification and not sumsub I would appreciate.
