My Account Got breach bcz technical Error

I earned a funded account with FundingTraders (account
#148828) and was about to request my first payout on 2 October. On 15 September 2026, before that, my account was closed by an automated flag under their Risk Management Group (RMG) rules.
The trigger was two tiny XAUUSD sell positions of 0.01 lots each, which the system grouped as a single "trade idea":
Position 13335849: opened 11:12:47 (EET) at 4265.85, closed 13:03:58 at 4273.37, loss -$7.52
Position 13341002: opened 11:42:04 (EET) at 4269.28, closed 13:03:58 at 4273.37, loss -$4.09
Combined loss: $11.61
There was no large risk and no reckless trading, yet all the work behind the account was wiped out, along with the payout I was about to claim.
The RMG 1% limit sits inside a long "account ready" email. The dashboard showed no warning or live risk tracker while I traded, so I only found out after the account was gone.
Support did not help either. Live chat agents pasted generic 2% rule text and replied "refer to the above explanation" when I asked for the exact calculation. It took several agents and about an hour just to learn how the trades had been grouped. I then asked in writing for the initial balance, dollar limit and timestamp they used, and I am still waiting for those figures. They also declined a goodwill discount or a fresh account.
A good prop firm should show traders their live risk against the limit, not close the account afterwards and refuse to explain the numbers. I would be very careful before paying for a challenge here.

Slippage

I didnt get to the payout, tried 3 times on 100k istant account, but got slippage everywhere everytime. It was the main problem , unbeliavable, i could not trade some pairs because high slippage, so at the end i stopped buying their products. Just so you know.
with other 3 prop firms i am working with, i am not having those problems.

Just asked a question via Chat Support

Just asked a question via Chat Support, managed to speak with Mag, but "speak" is too much I would say, he answered my question and DIRECTLY closed the chat, even tho I had multiple questions. Awful customer support from him. He answered my question with A LINK NOT EVEN AN ACTUAL RESPONSE!!!!!

don't waste your time or money in this…

don't waste your time or money in this firm... i will post the email i get after i finished my evaluation :
Thank you for completing your evaluation on account (98681, $200,000).
Your funded account will be delivered next.
Your evaluation showed Discipline Program findings, so your funded account starts in Tier 2 based on those evaluation trades.
Your evaluation book triggered 2 rules — Overleveraged Positions and Trading Without a Stop-Loss — covering 1100 unique trades (about 76% of closed trades and 56% of profits).
Each section below is one rule. A trade may appear in more than one section if it broke more than one rule.
Starting placement on your funded account: Tier 2 (60/40).
Evaluation trades we flagged
These evaluation trades were reviewed under the same Discipline Program rules that apply on funded accounts. Each violation below is shown with the trades (legs) that made up that idea, so you can see exactly what drove your funded starting placement.
Overleveraged Positions — 10 flagged trades
Single-trade margin usage exceeds 30% of account (max allowed).
Trade Symbol Side Lots Opened (UTC) Closed (UTC) Hold P/L Flag
11389340 BTCUSD sell 1.0 04/07/2026 06:30 04/07/2026 15:10 8h 39m -$586.92 Margin 31.2% of balance (max 30.0%)
================
first this is not true am not over leverage my leverage was 15% but they calculate it as i was under strike 1 which i was not under any restriction ...
the second flag was the trades have no stop loss which is written in their website in a big red box that stop loss is not mandatory...
the third thing is they give me strike 3 directly from zero to 3 without any warning which is unfair ...

SCAM prop company be careful !!!

Hello Guys, I wish to share my story of a very negative experience with Funding Traders.
Just a few words about themselves. I am an experienced trader; I have been trading with another good prop company since 2019 and I am searching for more accounts to increase my managing portfolio and my profit. I have been looking for Stan, the CEO of Funding Traders, for a long time on a YouTube channel and he looks like the man who wishes to create the prop company for real traders. Made by traders. Because I decided to join the community.
1) I decided to buy 2 x 2-StepPro10 accounts and the 1st problem which I faced was the problem with the payment via credit card. I tried 4 different computers and my 4 different cards from 2 different banks and always I have an error message (picture attached) … I wrote about this problem to the support, but I received very stupid replied like “Please restart computer”, please use a different credit card”, “please change internet provider”….I very shocked and just replied, so please stop sending stupid reply to my looked at the payments logs in your payments system and correct the error….even write messages to whatsapp, but no actual reply within 48+ hours.
Anyway, I was very disappointed, because I am searching for different ways and use my mobile phone. I signed in to my dashboard via mobile phone and it is a miracle the payment was processed. I purchased 2 accounts: 153184 and 153183 (both 2-stepPro10accounts). I was very happy and started my 2 challenges. But support team just closed my case/ticket and never explained the problem they faced with the payment system via normal computer.
2) Second problem I have in 2 weeks. I received the letter from their Risk Management which blocks my accounts, because they find multiple access to my dashboard and 2 different MT5 terminals in their system. Copy of the letter attached. I have 2accounts 153184 and 153183 (both 2-stepPro10 accounts), it is logical that I will use 2 different PCs with multiscreen and 1 mobile phone. It is a common practice. I did not understand where they saw the violation!? Is this the violation to use 2 different PCs with multiscreen and 2 different accounts. Itis nonsense!!!
I think the story is different, If their team recognized the profitable result and strategy of my trading. They use any method to ban profitable traders in the beginning. The company policy is to sell the challenges, not to collect the community of the profitable traders!
I also wrote to whatsapp support, but their reply was…” sorry we can not help”, please contact the Risk Team. My question was – Who are you in this case? Do you support? If you (Funding Trader) see the multiply account activity – who did you not ask the trader first for explanation…?
I hope this review will be helpful for you and think twice before you go ahead with Funding Traders.
Thank you and regards,
Alexander.
I did my research and In addition this is the SCAM Company!!!
Please see below the case:
The legal claims and collective complaints from users against the group of individuals and entities associated with FT US Inc, Funding Futures Group Inc, and Stanislav Kolobov primarily revolve around payout denials and unjustified account suspensions.
The core of the grievances can be divided into two key categories:
1. Trader Complaints (User Disputes)
Numerous complaints from clients on industry forums (such as Reddit and Forex Peace Army) follow a consistent pattern:
Payout Refusals: Traders successfully pass the evaluation stages, obtain funded accounts, and generate net profits (with amounts ranging from $8,000 to over $27,000). However, when they attempt to withdraw their funds, the platform cancels the request.
Accusations of "Coordinated Trading": The company frequently relies on vague terms of service clauses to block users, accusing them of copy-trading, hedging, or using prohibited algorithms without providing technical proof (such as server logs or IP data).
Unilateral Account Deletion: After users raise objections, the platform's administration blocks their user accounts and cuts off all communication.
The fact that Funding Futures Group Inc, under Kolobov's management, was voluntarily dissolved and moved to Inactive status in May 2026 is often viewed by legal experts as an attempt to shield assets or evade corporate liability during ongoing litigation.
