Scammer .. scammer .. scammer

ho perso un'anno del mio tempo e dei miei soldi per seguire questi truffatori. dopo aver acquistato diverse challenge e raggiunto il funded su 2 conti da 27k più altri 4 da 100k in fase 2 quasi a target e ritrovarsi delle mail su violazione drowdown mai neanche lontanamente raggiunto. non è eccettabile. come non è accettabile aprire dei ticket per delucidazioni sull'accaduto e ritrovarsi liquidati con con 2 numeri buttati giù con la tastiera. senza un report o delle giuste prove che giustifichino la loro posizione, dopodichè ritrovarsi con il ticket chiuso senza possibilità di controbattere e chiedere spiegazioni.
rinuncerò ai conti ancora attivi per evitare di buttare ancora il mio tempo, ormai i soldi son persi e vi sconsiglio di fare altrettanto. ho creato un canale telegram PROPSCAM se qualcuno volesse farsi un' idea (chat con assistenza, mail, screenshot dei conti e prove varie)
I wasted a year of my time and money following these scammers. after having purchased several challenges and reached funded on 2 accounts of 27k plus another 4 of 100k in phase 2 almost at target and finding emails about a dropdown violation never even remotely reached. it is not exceptional. just as it is not acceptable to open tickets for clarification on what happened and find yourself liquidated with 2 numbers knocked out with the keypad. without a report or the right evidence to justify their position, then finding themselves with the ticket closed without the possibility of countering and asking for explanations.
I will give up the accounts that are still active to avoid wasting my time again, the money is now lost and I advise you against doing the same. I created a PROPSCAM telegram channel if anyone wanted to get an idea (chat with assistance, email, screenshots of accounts and various tests)

E stanno li a spingere.... offerte, sconto di qua, 2x1 di la, instant funding eccetera eccetera.... Tutto inutile, PROP FIRM INUTILE, perchè semplicemente non paga e ti prende in giro.... Intanto spingono con le offerte, BRAMANO I TUOI SOLDI e non gliene importa assolutamente nulla dei traders profittevoli e consistenti

It's been several months now I wait for a payout (even approved), but they are only making up excuses and letting the time pass.... meanwhile they push so hard with ridicoulous offers, they crave your money.... "here 50% discount" there 2x1 challenge, then Instant funding, and so on.... EVERYTHING'S USELESS, they are useless because they just take your money and simply DO NOT PAY.
THEY CRAVE YOUR MONEY and they absolutely don't care about succesful and consistent traders

pay out richiesto il 13 marzo, approvato e ricevuto nuovo conto attivo, ma passati oltre 30 giorni , ad oggi il 14 aprile, non ancora pagato. Assistenza non si prende in carico il problema.
Payment requested on March 13th, approved, and received a new active account, but more than 30 days have passed, as of today, April 14th, and it has still not been paid. Support is not addressing the issue.

It has become clear that Prop Number One is a scam company out to live off challenge fees by setting trap's for traders to ensure they fail. And when you present your experience here on Trustpilot, they would most likely respond to your review by promising to discuss directly with you so as ro resolve the matter amicably. This is done to make visitors to Trustpilot believe it's a listening company, but they will actually not do anything. They will only promise and promise, and then dribble you back-and-forth, but will hardly look into your matter. Your money is gone!
In their response to my review of February 6, 2026, they claimed to have sent me emails on two different occasions with a view to discussing and resolving the matter, but that I didn't respond to the emails. However, no such emails were sent to me, not even in spam box. I actually wondered why their sales promotion emails always got into my inbox but never emails that are more important to me!
After several complaints from me, they eventually assigned their customer care manager, Lisa Coletti, to contact me. She did, and asked me to present my case in writing and send to her, and she would get back to me later. She promised to get my case resolved. I attached to my submission, screenshots of:
(1) Dashboard confirmation that I passed the challenge.
(2) My "senior trader" certificate automatically generated by their system for my download,
(3) Evidence of completion of KYC verification. Access to KYC processing is only possible upon passing the challenge.
After my submission to Lisa Coletti, I waited. A day passed, then 2 days, then 3, and no response came from her. Two days ago, I decided to send her a reminder. To my utter dismay, she replied: "Hello Ugo, I am sorry, but I no longer work for Prop Number One. Thank you." She later added: "I'm unable to provide further information."
I have said before that they employ avoidance tactics! And it's now clear that Prop Number One is a big SCAM, a FRAUD! Let them prove me wrong.
