Close for violating rule I did not violate, no answer from support

This is an extremely negative experience with the firm, whose transparency is equal to black granite block. My account was closed in phase 2 for violating a rule I did not violate and no further explication was given to me, no news from support at all. Are there negative stars to use?

Payment pending for months – terrible experience

I have had an extremely negative experience with Prop Number One. I have been waiting for a payment for months, and despite repeatedly contacting them, the issue has still not been resolved.
In my case, customer support has failed to provide any concrete answers or reliable payment timeframe, offering only continuous delays and excuses. For a prop firm, processing legitimate payouts should be the highest priority.
After months of waiting, I cannot recommend this company at all. Until my payment is completed, my review will remain entirely negative.

Unanswered support request and account closed without providing data

I had 4 accounts with Prop Number One, and all of them were not closed for supposedly breaching their rules. I can see a consistent pattern:
- Support tickets get closed with no explanation, and tickets are not retained and deleted from their support system, hence no history and reported problems just go unanswered.
- 2 accounts were closed for inactivity, which I don't dispute as a rule — but the breach was flagged roughly a month late, while the accounts were still live and tradeable the whole time. Their system doesn't enforce their own published policy, I think all is manual and in the hands of one or two persons only
- Another account was closed citing a min_trade_duration violation. I checked my full trade history (independently verified against their own published rules using AI analysis) and the data doesn't come close to meeting their stated thresholds. Again, support ticket closed with no explanation given, no way to see which trade was supposedly the issue.
- Raised a complaint meant for leadership — it was closed by the same support agent I was complaining about. :)
Dashboard/portal feels unfinished and for a organisation handling real money this is not good.
Lots of aggressive marketing and good offers, weak follow-through. The vision from the CEO was there but something definitely went wrong in the past months.

Traded carefully

Traded carefully, kept trades separate, and passed the challenge. The dashboard confirmed it, generated my certificate, and passed my kyc. If I breached, the system would've locked instantly. Unlike gcasco...llc which actually payouts out honestly, this joke company waits until you win, holds your cash, and invents false claims to steak your fees. They literally live off robbing successful traders. Avoid.
