Major PAYOUT KYC Proof of Address Issue

Major PAYOUT KYC Proof of Address Issue
I’m currently stuck in a very unpleasant situation after spending months working on this account and finally reaching the point of requesting a payout.
I requested my payout around two weeks ago. After waiting, I was eventually asked to complete another KYC verification, specifically Proof of Address. That request itself is completely reasonable.
I have no issue with being asked to verify my identity or address.
The problem is the broken KYC process and the lack of any meaningful support when the verification fails.
The KYC provider being used is Sumsub, and my experience with it has been extremely frustrating. Documents that are completely valid are either not accepted, don't remain properly saved after uploading, or are submitted successfully only to be declined afterward without a clear explanation.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the exact same types of documents have apparently worked for other users, while mine are repeatedly rejected.
Timeline
Payout requested 48 hours passed with no update.
I opened a support ticket and then waited approximately one week for a response.
I was eventually told that I needed to complete KYC with Proof of Address, despite having already completed KYC previously and having received payouts from this account a few months ago.
I spent another two days struggling with the KYC process, trying different valid Proof of Address documents.
Eventually, one document was accepted by Sumsub for submission, but it was declined afterward without a clear reason.
I contacted support and essentially received an automated response telling me to complete KYC again.
I went through the entire process again for another two days and managed to submit a different document that, according to other users I know, has been accepted for them.
In my case, it was declined again, despite being a legitimate document containing my personal information.
I waited another 24+ hours, only to receive another rejection.
Then came the message: β€œWe've reset your KYC application once more.”
At this point, I’m genuinely concerned about where this is heading.
I have provided legitimate Proof of Address documents containing my information. Some documents apparently don't make it through Sumsub properly, while others are successfully submitted and then rejected by Tradeify without providing a meaningful reason that would allow me to correct the issue.
This creates a completely unreasonable situation: I cannot fix a problem when nobody tells me what is actually wrong with the documents being submitted.
I worked for months to reach the payout stage, and now the payout is effectively being held up by a KYC process that repeatedly fails without giving me a clear path to resolution.
I have no problem completing KYC. I have no problem providing additional documentation if necessary.
What I do have a problem with is being repeatedly told to β€œdo KYC again” when the documents are valid and no specific reason is provided for their rejection.
I sincerely hope Tradeify can escalate this to someone who can manually review the documents and resolve the issue instead of repeatedly resetting the same broken process.
At this point, I just want a clear explanation of what document is actually required and why the documents I've already provided are being rejected, so I can resolve this and receive the payout I worked months for.

UPDATE #3

UPDATE #3 – Tradeify's latest response raises even more questions
REAL PROOF OF THE SCAM:
My KYC was approved before I bought any test πŸ”½πŸ”½πŸ”½πŸ”½
https ://ibb. co/ZpkTmz0W
I passed the test πŸ”½πŸ”½πŸ”½πŸ”½
https: //ibb. co/7dy0TCjZ
I'm super happy, I requested my first payout πŸ”½πŸ”½πŸ”½πŸ”½
https: //ibb. co/k20NyC7T
Here's where it all began; they requested a new KYC from the same company (SUMSUB) πŸ”½πŸ”½πŸ”½πŸ”½
https: //ibb. co/zWLcv2wM
Final decision from the second KYC check? Nothing different. Rejected! πŸ”½πŸ”½πŸ”½πŸ”½
https: //ibb. co/0yV9yFyc
NOTE: I was actually scammed. I wouldn't be here if she had paid me the $1,900; on the contrary, I would be giving 5 stars, as I did with all other props that paid me correctly. So be careful before buying anything from this company!
Tradeify has now publicly confirmed something very important:
My first KYC was approved before I purchased any evaluation.
That first verification was completed through Sumsub using my passport, and Tradeify accepted it without any issue.
Only after that approval did I purchase two evaluations.
One failed.
The second reached my first payout.
Then, instead of paying me, Tradeify requested another KYC using the exact same verification provider (Sumsub).
This is the part that still makes no sense.
Because it was the same Sumsub account, my passport was already stored and previously approved.
I did not upload a different document.
I did not create another identity.
I simply completed the facial verification and reused the passport that Sumsub already had on file from my first approved verification.
The first verification took only a few seconds.
The second one suddenly entered a manual review.
Hours later, my KYC was rejected.
My payout was denied.
My account was permanently closed.
Tradeify now says there were "high risk signals," yet they have never explained:
What changed.
Why the same Sumsub verification that had already been approved suddenly became unacceptable.
Why this only happened after I became eligible for my first payout.
I am continuing to publish every email and every screenshot so traders can review the complete timeline and make their own assessment based on the documented facts.
____________________________________________________________
Since publishing my case, I have been contacted by traders from different countries who describe experiences that they believe are similar to mine.
I am currently gathering documented cases, timelines, emails, and evidence from other affected traders.
If this turns out to be a recurring pattern rather than an isolated incident, we intend to present our experiences publicly through YouTube videos, podcasts, social media, consumer protection channels, and any other appropriate platform so that traders can make informed decisions before investing their money.
This is no longer only about my account.
It is about transparency and accountability.
Tradeify often states publicly that it pays over $1.4 million per day.
If that is true, then it should also be able to explain, with the same level of transparency, why customers whose identities were previously approved can later have those approvals reversed after becoming eligible for a payout.
I still have not received a clear answer to that question.
I hope Tradeify chooses transparency instead of generic responses.
Until then, I will continue documenting every development of my case and encouraging other traders with documented experiences to do the same.
Every document, every email, and every screenshot will remain public.
The trading community deserves complete transparency.
