This is my second message regarding the “Suspicious Activity” issue on my account. It has now been more than half a month, and I still have not received a solution or a clear final response.
I have already explained everything about my case in my previous messages. I understand that your team may be busy, but I have been waiting for a very long time for a resolution.
Please, I sincerely request that you do not send me another response saying that my case is still under review. I have already been waiting for more than two weeks, and I need a final decision now.
Please either:
Restore my account, if there is no prohibited activity found, or
Give me a clear and final written decision explaining why my account cannot be restored.
I honestly do not understand why it is taking more than half a month to resolve one issue.
