Total scam!!!
Unfortunately, I did not receive any further response after this email.
Hi Cristian,
i hope you're doing well. i'm putting this in writing because we were supposed to connect on a call, and since we didn't get to follow through on that, i want to make sure you have everything laid out clearly so nothing is left to interpretation.
First, let me say what needs to be said: what you've done on account #239606 is impressive. Growing a $600,000 account to over $622,000 is a strong result, Cristian, and it didn't go unnoticed. You invested $769 with us, passed the challenge, got funded, and proved you can trade profitably. That puts you in a very small group of traders on this platform.
But i need to be honest with you about something, and i'd rather be straight with you than give you the runaround.
Right now, you're trading on what the industry calls B-book execution. Your trades are simulated. When you profit, that profit comes directly from our operating capital. This is how every prop firm in the world works, not just Upcomers. And here's the part nobody in this industry talks about openly: when a trader gets too good on B-book, most firms find a reason to close their account. They'll flag a strategy violation, cite a vague rule, or just delay payouts until the trader gives up. You've probably heard the stories. Maybe you've even experienced it elsewhere.
i refuse to do that to you, Cristian. You earned your results and i'm not going to pretend you didn't.
But i also can't keep paying profitable traders from operating capital indefinitely. It's not sustainable, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest. So instead of quietly finding a reason to close your account like other firms would, i'm telling you exactly what's happening and offering you something better.
We are building A-book infrastructure. This means real capital, real market execution. When you trade on A-book, your orders hit real liquidity. When you profit, we profit alongside you. The structural conflict disappears completely. No more payout reviews, no more waiting, no more tension between your success and our business model. Just you, the market, and your results.
Timeline: approximately 6-8 weeks from now.
Here's what's happening with your account right now:
Your account #239606 is being temporarily suspended while the A-book infrastructure is finalized. Your profit of $22,186 remains fully intact. Nothing is lost, nothing is reset.
Your pending payout of $4,000 is protected. This money is yours, Cristian. It is not cancelled, not declined. It is being held as part of your transition, and it will be the first thing released once A-book is live.
As an immediate gesture of good faith, i'm sending you $800 now, so you have something tangible in hand while the transition is being built.
What i'd like to offer you going forward:
i don't see you as just a trader, Cristian. i see you as a potential long-term partner. Here's what that looks like:
When A-book launches, you'll be among the first traders onboarded. Your trading continues on real market execution with no structural limitations. You'll also have access to our affiliate program with up to 50% revenue share, meaning every trader you refer generates income for you, paid monthly without conditions. If you're interested, we'd also like to discuss a regional ambassador role for Romania, which comes with additional benefits.
i know this isn't the email you expected to receive. You were expecting a simple payout confirmation, and instead i'm asking you to be patient for 6-8 weeks. i understand if that's frustrating. But i'd rather have this honest conversation with you now than do what every other firm does and quietly make your life difficult until you leave.
If you'd like to discuss this further, we can still do that call, or you can reach me directly on WhatsApp at +420 774 686 315. i'll also be sending you progress updates on the A-book build every two weeks, so you're never left in the dark.
i'm looking forward to building this together, Cristian.

My first payout was reduced by 75%
My first payout was reduced by 75%, followed by a permanent restriction
I would like to share my experience with Upcomers, including both the positive and negative aspects, so that other traders can make an informed decision.
My journey with Upcomers was initially very positive. Their challenge prices were competitive, their trading tools were useful, and their platform helped me develop as a trader. I also genuinely appreciated the professionalism and kindness of their support and compliance teams.
However, everything changed when I requested my first payout.
Between September 30 and October 7, 2026, I executed 74 trades and generated a net trading profit of $4,434.70. I requested a withdrawal of $3,000.
Following a compliance review, Upcomers identified several trading practices they considered prohibited, including position stacking, Martingale, tick scalping, and inconsistent risk management.
I acknowledge that some of my trading decisions could have been better managed. I understand that prop firms have rules and must enforce them. My disagreement is not about the existence of rules, but about the severity and permanence of the consequences.
Of my $3,000 withdrawal request, only $750 was approved. The remaining $2,250 was declined.
Furthermore, Upcomers imposed a permanent 50% limit on future withdrawal requests from that account. Their compliance team explicitly confirmed that this restriction could never be removed, regardless of how consistently or responsibly I traded in the future.
That was particularly disappointing.
As a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and instructor, I believe in discipline, accountability, and learning from mistakes. I don't expect mistakes to be ignored, but I believe people should have a reasonable opportunity to demonstrate improvement.
To their credit, the Upcomers team always treated me respectfully and took the time to explain their position. I sincerely appreciate that.
Nevertheless, the payout decision significantly damaged my confidence and motivation to continue trading with them. I subsequently lost the funded account and decided to end my journey with Upcomers.
I am grateful for the learning experience, the tools, and the professional communication. But I cannot ignore how disappointing my first payout experience was.
My advice to other traders: Before purchasing an Upcomers account, carefully examine every rule regarding prohibited strategies, risk management, payout reductions, and permanent account restrictions. Make sure you fully understand what can happen when you request a withdrawal.
A prop firm's true value is not measured only by its affordable challenges or trading platform, but also by how fairly and predictably it handles payouts.
I wish the Upcomers team success, but based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend the company without serious reservations.
