After several days of repeatedly contacting support without any response or proper resolution, I eventually ran out of patience. Due to being completely ignored, I openly criticized their approach and support quality. Shortly after that, my account was banned and my funded account was removed. Ironically, it was only after this situation escalated that I finally started receiving responses—and my payout was approved. The sequence of these events feels very concerning and raises serious questions about how client issues are handled.
Overall, my experience has been disappointing. Both the response time of customer support and the payout processing speed are currently at a very poor level and definitely need improvement.
Another concern is the 1% rule. In my opinion, it should be revised into something more practical—for example, based on realized losses rather than counting stop-loss placement toward the daily limit.
The restriction on scalping also feels unreasonable. Even with the add-on, the 30-second limitation creates a significant risk of accidental rule violations. In real trading situations, mistakes happen—traders may panic or close a trade quickly, and market conditions can change unexpectedly. From my perspective, these rules feel more like a trap than fair risk management.
I’ve also noticed many other traders raising similar concerns over the past couple of months. In the long run, this kind of approach is likely to negatively impact the company’s reputation and overall reviews.

Without any specific reason and proof, they rejected my payout second time, first time was my mistake and after that I traded safely, then again rejected my payout today without any reason, and offering me a free reset, is this a joke?

The customer support is great. Waiting for my first payout. My initial impression about FundedElite is great. Hope to go far with this company.
