I want to start by saying that my overall experience with FunderPro up until my second payout request was genuinely positive. The platform was smooth, the reward processing speed was impressive, and I was ready to recommend FunderPro to every trader I know.
Unfortunately, after requesting my second payout, my account was permanently terminated and I got banned citing a KYC country of residence discrepancy under Clause 3.3. Despite sending a detailed email to risk team with specific questions — including requesting the exact evidence of the discrepancy and I have received only copy-paste template response with none of my questions answered. Account ID: 22242770.
A few important facts:
FunderPro already processed my first payout with the exact same KYC documents and country information on file — nothing changed between the two requests
My KYC was fully approved and I was permitted to trade — the issue was only raised at my second payout request, not during registration, KYC approval, or my first payout
I genuinely believe this may be an error, as I have seen at least one similar case on Trustpilot where FunderPro acknowledged their mistake and fully reinstated the account and payout. I am hoping for the same fair review here.
I am not here to damage FunderPro's reputation. I am sharing this publicly to seek a transparent resolution. If this situation is resolved fairly, I will gladly update this review to reflect my full experience.

scammers!!! guys please take care of this company they have have shut down my 3 funded account after i started withdrawing consistently with out no breach .i was even there affiliate but they did not even replay to my messages. A complete scam the company should or will shut down soon. don't be exited about the discounts there giving every time that's because people who realized they were scammers then left so they were running out of money even to pay there employs not alone you!

very pathetic, totally scam by the company they are not giving the payout. and also inform at the time of payout that you have breached the rules, and which is not mentioned in the rules.

This company is a scam and no longer pays. I've contacted them multiple times, and they say they're backed up. It's been a month, and I still haven't received the payout.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
my withdrawal request of nearly $20,000 was rejected.
The reason given was “asymmetrical profitability.” From my understanding, this basically means making consistent profits. If that is the case, it raises a serious concern — are traders being penalized simply for being consistently profitable?
I still hope the company chooses to handle this professionally and resolve my payout.
