Ive baught a 200k Nitro plan and it got breached by the Max Loss Limit even tho the limit was never reached. So the the customer support made up some rules of a random FAQ page that was never rightly explained on the rules side. He was completely unfriendly and refused to help. Horrible prop firm and horrible customer service. These guys are defenetly scamers and want you to buy as many challenges as possible.

Payout Rejected And Account Breached
I am using FTM since August 2025 and till now i have purchased 5 100k accounts on different occasions in almost 9 months and was funded 3 times with them also got 2 payouts.
During all these i have completed KYC and attended the Risk interview with them and last time they ask me to share the details of any person whom i know is using FTM. As i don't know any so responded negatively.
Everything was running smooth but all of sudden when i requested payout they rejected my payout and breached my account because of alleged IP sharing issue.
They shared a PDF report of my IP logs which is perfectly fine not too many IPS , my home wifi and mobile data only.
But according to their so called PDF report someone completed KYC, Purchase, Login etc on my Home wifi IP which is not true and i take 100% responsibility of this, i am 100% sole individual and don't know any other user. They only shared the email of other user which i don't believe a genuine email too. " Sulman.ojmatgmail.com"
No solid evidence just PDF report which anyone can generate and Dummy email like xyzatgmail.com
I requested them to conduct my interview again but with that other user who shared my IP or share his complete details.
Or i am available for any kind of verification to prove my self as i am genuine and sole individual using my FTM account.

I had technical issues with a 50k account purchased and the account went into a drawdown breaching policies. I reached out to customer service and explained what happened but unfortunately i was told there was nothing they could do and i have to purchase another one. This is not a very good prop firm as they want you to keep paying and buying their products claiming to be cheapest but when there are issue very unwilling to assist and corporate. I believe that's the way there system is designed, It is not in the interest of customer, I am totally dissaponted

I have had more then one account one step evaluation as well as instant funded and I failed in my one step evaluation account I managed to reach my target with instant funded account so I requested payout I received an email that says there there was a gap with my trades for example it says that I entered the trades on my instant funded account and then after I enter trade on my evaluation account and in between these trades I took more then 5 minutes as per Funded Market rules traders are supposed to enter trade within five minutes if trader has more then one account as far as I know I am 100% certain that I was entering trades on both accounts simultaneously clicking one right after first one as I had one account logged in to my desktop and the other one on my mobile phone so when I receive the email that says there was a more then five minutes gap I requested funded trader market to share the details of these three accounts with me that shows there a gap I ask them to share all the trades that took place on each day when I had a more then five minutes gap I WANT EVERYONE TO READ THIS VERY CARFULLY THEY HAVE SENT ME six different trades on one page with PDF they just picked the trades randomly they are not showing trades that took place in between the gap I know there were no gap because I know for sure that I was entering trades simultaneously IF I DID HAVE GAP THEN LET ME HAVE AN ACCESS TO THE OTHER TWO ACCOUNTS I BREACHED THEY REFUSED TO DO SO DONT WASTE YOU HARD EARN MONYE WITH THIS SCAMMER.

first of all on all this three accounts I traded different lot size but I open every trade same time I don't have an access to the other two accounts as I breached them I would like you to either allow me to have access to this account or you can screenshot and send me the details make sure to send me the all the trades from that day trades not just these particular ones, second of all as per the rules I read if this is the case as you mentioned then just deduct the amount profit of these particular trades why Sequential Trading Deduction: –$28907.19 such amount i don't see any rule on your website.
ONE THING I DONT UNDERSTAND IS IF I HAD A GAP THEN SHARE THE DETAILS WHAT ARE YOU AFFRAID OF. But they don't want to now they are saying that they will not reply to my emails.

FTM is one of the best firms, no doubt.
Everything from trading conditions to payouts has been amazing.
I have no words just respect for such a reliable platform.
