Had an amazing 1st time experience. I had a small issue with locating the firm on my MT5 and SHARMA, the agent that attended to me was prompt, professional and understood what my concern was. I very well directed. The whole chat was under 2 minutes and my account was successfully logged in. I've been on other platforms and boy, some of their customer care can not hold a candle to Alpha Capital's SHARMA.

They are not to be trusted.

They are not to be trusted.
They rejected many of my payouts, few were rejected for valid reasons, but most were rejected for no reason at all, usually when I was having profit every week, they rejected my biggest payouts.
In my experience with them, the moment you make money often, they will terminate your account.
I had started trading with Alpha Capital almost 3 years ago, their support team is good, every time I wrote them, they answered me in about 2 minutes.
Regarding what really matters, I have 27 payouts on 25k and 100k accounts.
I got in payouts about 15k in total minus the rejected payout for no reason.
For example, one day I opened same trade on a 100k and 25 k accounts, on the 100k I had $2,4 k in profit and on the 25k account I had $485, I got payed only $485, for the 100k account they said that I broke some rule,so they rejected that 2.4k payout, but I had the same trade on both accounts.
A week ago I had 2 payout pending, in total $1457. They terminated my account for some invented reason
