I did the pay after you pass and so far all good, I made a couple of errors which i e mailed them about immediately and they did respond to me and said don't worry so Ill hold them to that, the bot is amazing too, requesting my first payout next week so hopefully this will continue to be a 5 star experience, thanks x

Quick response, better answers

Not only did your team answer quickly (1 day max, most of the times less than that... ) but the answers I got exceeded my expectations. To be specific : after I'd passed the challenge phase, I had a bit of trouble to gather the funds to finalize my activation so I needed a bit of extra time. I was rewarded with more time than I thought AND got a 20% or 30 % (need to check, several mails flew in) bonus discount which, in fairness, I have not used yet (being in the process of gathering said funds), but I fully trust they are legit. So yeah, I definitely recommend working with FTUK.

Live chat is not active, they take days to respond via email and they deny payout for no reason at all

SCAM COMPANY

SCAM COMPANY — STAY AWAY!!!
I first joined this company about a year ago. I purchased an account, but I never received the account details by email. When I contacted support, they told me they were having issues with their MetaTrader 5 servers.
I asked them to move my account to another platform, such as TradeLocker or cTrader, but they never did. I was left with no trading account and no refund for the money I paid.
About 8 months later, I saw that they were offering MetaTrader 5 accounts again. I decided to give them another chance and purchased another account.
I completed the required trading days, followed the consistency rule, and respected all of their other trading rules. I then requested my payout.
After waiting around TWO WEEKS, my payout was denied.
What happened next was even worse. They asked me to remove my negative review and told me they would pay me. After I deleted the review, instead of paying me, they BLOCKED MY ENTIRE ACCOUNT. I couldn’t even log in to the dashboard anymore to access my account information or show people the evidence of what had happened.
Based on my experience, I consider this prop firm a complete scam. I gave them a second chance after what happened with my first purchase, and I regret it.
PLEASE be extremely careful before spending your money here. I personally would never buy another account from this company.
