I am writing to share my experience with Alpha Capital Group, which has unfortunately been very disappointing and concerning.
During my KYC verification process of $100k account, my initial submission using my national ID card was rejected. I ensure full compliance with their requirements. However, shortly afterward, I received an allegation of “third-party involvement,” which I categorically deny.
At all times, I have used my own personal device and internet connection. I have never shared access to my account or allowed any third party to operate it.
In an effort to resolve the issue, I contacted their compliance team and offered to complete a live video verification to confirm my identity. Despite this, I did not receive any response.
I also attempted to seek assistance via their Discord support channel. After being asked for my email address by a moderator for case review, I was unexpectedly removed from the server without explanation. This lack of communication and transparency is deeply concerning.
As it stands:
* I have not received any formal clarification or evidence regarding the allegation
* I have been unable to access my account/dashboard
* I have not been given an opportunity for a manual review
From my perspective, this reflects a lack of proper customer support procedures and due process in handling user accounts.
I respectfully request that Alpha Capital Group conduct a fair manual review of my case, provide clear communication, and allow me the opportunity to verify my identity through appropriate means.
Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend this platform based on my experience.

My experience with Alpha Capital Group has been disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish.
After successfully passing a 10k account using a manual strategy and proper risk management (scaling into positions with small lot sizes), they telling me that it will not progress to the Qualified Analyst stage due to the utilisation of a prohibited trading strategy. No clear evidence of rule violation was provided — just a generic accusation.
What’s worse is how the situation was handled. Instead of a transparent and professional review process, I was contacted via WhatsApp, which raises serious concerns about their internal practices and communication standards.
Shortly after I posted a negative review, I received further contact, which felt reactive rather than structured or fair. This kind of behavior undermines trust and credibility.
To conclude:
Manual trading misinterpreted as rule-breaking
Lack of clear justification or transparency
Unprofessional communication channels
Poor handling of client concerns
I would strongly advise traders to run away.
Not the level of professionalism expected from a proprietary trading firm.
