Excellent support from Anush regarding my payout and RISE issue

I would like to give special recognition to Anush from Alpha Capital Group, who was the only person who truly took my payout issue seriously and actively helped me resolve it.

So disappointing

So disappointing. I've been trading with Alpha Capital Group for 5 years, passed a few evaluations but never made to payout until now. I finally am profitable and requested a payout of $700. They denied me the payout after a few days, because spam on entries. Where I basically entered position split instead of one solid chunk, because on DX Trade platform you can't take partial profits, I had to do that to trade safe and profitable. Either way I had no idea such ridiculous rule can exist, there was no warning no soft breach, nothing. They disqualified my account too as if I had gotten any money from it. I spent so much time and money on this company, shameful. Disgrace. Customer support is very bad.
I have multiple active accounts now, so I assume they will deny my payouts on all of them because at some point I opened trades in such matter to be able to scale out of trade. I REGRET spending $300 just last week on new accounts with them. REGRET ever working with them.

I’ve been with ACG for over a year and…

I’ve been with ACG for over a year and everything was running smoothly. I have taken plenty of payouts with no issues over a period of time (over a year). However, I passed another evaluation and was asked to re submit my KYC which I did. I was then sent an email (notice of breach) where they have accused me of using another account to trade. In between my last payout and my current account pass I have moved house and bought a new device which I now trade on. I have appealed this decision as it is totally untrue and I take all breaches with the highest degree of importance. I still have not heard back about anything and how I can prove I am innocent and carry on with my business relationship with alpha capital group. For me it was the best trading firm but they have wrongly done me for something I have no idea about and would not think about doing. For anyone buying an evaluation with alpha capital group I would think twice, there’s other firms I’ve been with who I have no bad words to say at all about (FTMO). I was hoping we can resolve this issue but I still have not heard back.
