Started scammimg

Converting my 5star to 1 star. Been with them for 2 and a half years. Was my one of the most favourite firm. But recently i started seeing people on x claiming their accounts being breached on false cid thing. I kept defending them. As i never faced any issue. I got a call from them and they ask me to give them a review on propfirm match which i did. And requested my payout on the same day. Boom next day i got an email regarding cid shit that some other person bought account from ur ip etc. Which is completely false acquisition. As i got 15 payouts from them. But now i believe they are out of business and banning profitable traders.

Funds held hostage due to poor technical support

Envié $40 USDC para un challenge de cuenta. La pasarela de pago generó una dirección EVM y transferí los fondos a través de la red Optimism. Los fondos llegaron con éxito (TXID: 0x77970c3947de3ef27c795fef1cde4198520cba73d865734aa5e0405fcf1e8975).
Sin embargo, Alpha Capital y CoinPayments afirman que solo aceptan ERC20/ARB. Como Optimism es una red compatible con EVM, su pasarela posee exactamente la misma clave privada para esa dirección y tienen acceso total a los fondos. En lugar de escalar el problema al equipo técnico o financiero para recuperarlo (un proceso técnico muy básico), el soporte de Nivel 1 (Bhagat) se negó a ayudar y me cerró el chat en la cara.
Están confiscando los depósitos de los usuarios en redes EVM simplemente porque su soporte básico se niega a escalar los casos a los departamentos correspondientes. Totalmente inaceptable.
