My experience with FTUK has been extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise anyone considering their Instant Funding programme to think carefully before investing their money.
I paid $962 for a $100,000 Instant Funding account and spent weeks trading, using my time, effort, and market analysis to generate approximately $4,000 in profit. However, when I requested my payout, FTUK rejected it, citing alleged martingale and anti-scaling violations.
What frustrates me most is that I was allowed to trade throughout the cycle without receiving any real-time warnings that my trading behaviour was considered unacceptable. If FTUK believed my trading breached its rules, I feel that earlier communication would have given me an opportunity to understand the issue and correct my approach before completing the cycle.
Instead, I only discovered the seriousness of these alleged violations when my payout was under review. Despite explaining my position and respectfully challenging the fairness of the decision, FTUK refused to reconsider the payout or offer any partial compensation.
The only resolution offered was a new account. Although I reluctantly accepted because I wanted to move forward, this does not compensate me for the time, effort, money, and trading opportunity lost on my previous account.
The customer service experience has made matters worse. Communication has been slow and frustrating, and after accepting the replacement account as requested, I had to chase FTUK again because I received no update for almost a week.
My main concerns are:
A payout rejection after significant time and effort had been invested.
No timely warning that my trading patterns could lead to the loss of my payout.
No willingness to consider a partial payout or another fair resolution.
Slow communication and the need to repeatedly chase support for updates.
Being offered a replacement account instead of a satisfactory resolution to the original dispute.
I understand that prop firms have rules and that traders must follow them. However, I believe rules should be communicated clearly, applied transparently, and supported by timely feedback wherever possible. A replacement account is not the same as receiving profits earned during a completed trading cycle.
At this stage, I am extremely unhappy with my experience and have lost confidence in FTUK's payout process and customer service. I recommend that prospective traders carefully read every rule, especially those concerning martingale, anti-scaling, and payout eligibility, before paying for an account.

Everything can look good when you’re purchasing an account, but the real test of a prop firm comes when traders become eligible for payouts. That’s where, in my experience, the problems started.
I’ve had issues involving my account and payout process, and the explanations/support I received did not give me confidence in the firm. When traders put their own money into challenges, they deserve clear rules, professional support, and fair treatment when it comes time to withdraw profits.
Negative reviews don’t appear for no reason. Trustpilot and other review platforms exist so customers can share both positive AND negative experiences. A company should address serious complaints transparently instead of simply expecting traders to ignore them.
Before buying an FTUK account, I strongly recommend doing your own research, reading recent reviews, checking their payout history and rules carefully, and understanding exactly what can cause an account or payout to be rejected.
Based on MY experience, I personally would not trust FTUK with my money again.

Live chat is not active, they take days to respond via email and they deny payout for no reason at all

SCAM COMPANY — STAY AWAY!!!
I first joined this company about a year ago. I purchased an account, but I never received the account details by email. When I contacted support, they told me they were having issues with their MetaTrader 5 servers.
I asked them to move my account to another platform, such as TradeLocker or cTrader, but they never did. I was left with no trading account and no refund for the money I paid.
About 8 months later, I saw that they were offering MetaTrader 5 accounts again. I decided to give them another chance and purchased another account.
I completed the required trading days, followed the consistency rule, and respected all of their other trading rules. I then requested my payout.
After waiting around TWO WEEKS, my payout was denied.
What happened next was even worse. They asked me to remove my negative review and told me they would pay me. After I deleted the review, instead of paying me, they BLOCKED MY ENTIRE ACCOUNT. I couldn’t even log in to the dashboard anymore to access my account information or show people the evidence of what had happened.
Based on my experience, I consider this prop firm a complete scam. I gave them a second chance after what happened with my first purchase, and I regret it.
PLEASE be extremely careful before spending your money here. I personally would never buy another account from this company.
