Prop Number One 2-for-1 Evaluation Accounts

It has become clear that Prop Number One is a scam company out to live off challenge fees by setting trap's for traders to ensure they fail. And when you present your experience here on Trustpilot, they would most likely respond to your review by promising to discuss directly with you so as ro resolve the matter amicably. This is done to make visitors to Trustpilot believe it's a listening company, but they will actually not do anything. They will only promise and promise, and then dribble you back-and-forth, but will hardly look into your matter. Your money is gone!
In their response to my review of February 6, 2026, they claimed to have sent me emails on two different occasions with a view to discussing and resolving the matter, but that I didn't respond to the emails. However, no such emails were sent to me, not even in spam box. I actually wondered why their sales promotion emails always got into my inbox but never emails that are more important to me!
After several complaints from me, they eventually assigned their customer care manager, Lisa Coletti, to contact me. She did, and asked me to present my case in writing and send to her, and she would get back to me later. She promised to get my case resolved. I attached to my submission, screenshots of:
(1) Dashboard confirmation that I passed the challenge.
(2) My "senior trader" certificate automatically generated by their system for my download,
(3) Evidence of completion of KYC verification. Access to KYC processing is only possible upon passing the challenge.
After my submission to Lisa Coletti, I waited. A day passed, then 2 days, then 3, and no response came from her. Two days ago, I decided to send her a reminder. To my utter dismay, she replied: "Hello Ugo, I am sorry, but I no longer work for Prop Number One. Thank you." She later added: "I'm unable to provide further information."
I have said before that they employ avoidance tactics! And it's now clear that Prop Number One is a big SCAM, a FRAUD! Let them prove me wrong.

primo payout arrivato, il secondo a 5 cifre ovviamente no, inventando scuse come un inesistente "Copy Trading".Mi è stato mandato uno screenshot oscurando il numero di conto sul quale sarebbero state copiate tre operazioni, quindi nessuna trasparenza ma comportamento fraudolento. Avevo con loro due conti funded e nel giorno della contestazione stavo operando solo sul principale.
Leggendo altre recensioni non sono l'unico...presto arriveranno ad una stella

First payout received. The second one — a five-figure payout — obviously not. They made up excuses such as a non-existent “copy trading”.
They sent me a screenshot with the account number blacked out, which supposedly showed three trades being copied. So there is no transparency, only fraudulent behavior.
I had two funded accounts with them, and on the day of the dispute I was trading only on the main one.
Reading other reviews, I’m clearly not the only one… soon they will be down to one star.

Account challenge ph2 breached per il max Daily Drawdown, spoiler: mai superato. Sulla equity line si vede CHIARAMENTE l'andamento del conto e non c'è mai stata una perdita giornaliera neanche lontanamente vicino al 5%, con il conto sono addirittura al 3% di profitto.
Assistenza apparentemente efficiente ma in realtà inutile, non fanno che divagare per poi farti aprire un ticket sul sito del dipartimento tecnico per poi farlo scomparire, quando riscrivi nuovamente all'assistenza inizia tutto da capo, ho continuato così per quasi 4 settimane. MA ATTENZIONE, una soluzione c'è: se metti una recensione positiva a 5 stelle, tutto si risolve!
Ahahaha, ma che paglia*ci veramente. Ragazzi/e, è chiaro che sia presente un conflitto di interesse tra prop e traders, come probabilmente sapete, se voi guadagnate, loro perdono... ma lasciate stare queste prop poco serie. Io personalmente ho perso diverse centinaia di euro e tanta pazienza.

Support appears efficient but is actually useless. They just keep deflecting and then tell you to open a ticket on the technical department’s website, only for it to disappear. When you write to support again, everything starts from scratch. I went on like this for almost 4 weeks. BUT, HERE ME OUT — there is a solution: if you leave a positive 5-star review, everything gets resolved!
Unbelievable, what a joke. Guys, it’s clear there’s a conflict of interest between props and traders. As you probably know, if you make money, they lose… but stay away from these unreliable prop firms. Personally, I lost several hundred euros and a lot of patience.”

They are falling apart so better spend your hard earned money with some another amazing and very professional props. they are also banning people on their discord who try to explain to others what issue they had and the next minute that person is banned. Very unprofessional they are shutting down. Payouts are in delay of months now.
